Yew Dell’s long-time Exec Dir, Paul Cappiello, is retiring at the end of this year. Through his leadership and strong community support, Yew Dell enters this transition from a position of strength. The organization has a ~$3M budget, 60% earned revenue, and recently completed a $5M+ transformation of its iconic Castle Garden. We’re seeking candidates with strong horticultural credentials who thrive building connections in the community, with donors and partners, and with Yew Dell’s talented staff.  Please reach out with referrals and inquiries.
